The following student has been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the spring semester of the 2014-2015 academic year.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

In honor of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College has named more than 500 students to the Dean's List for the Spring 2015 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Bryant University held its 152nd Commencement on Saturday, May 16.

The following students graduated from the University of New Hampshire during the Commencement Ceremony held Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Durham, N.H. Students who received the honor of Summa Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.7-4.0; students who received the honor of Magna Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.50-3.69; and students who received the honor of Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.2-3.49.

Several Stonehill students were recognized and honored for their outstanding contributions to service and campus life at the 2015 Student Life Awards on Sunday, April 27.

Emmanuel student-athletes in 16 varsity sports and the dance team were recognized during the annual Athletics Banquet on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

Elmira College released its Dean's List for Academic Achievement for Term II, 2015. The Dean's List recognizes students that have a grade point average of 3.6 or higher.

The Financial Management Association National Honor Society recognizes scholastic achievement through induction of students who have demonstrated superior scholarship in Finance.

Stonehill College's Edwin H. Sutherland Criminology Honor Society recognizes the outstanding achievements of Criminology majors. The society endeavors to foster a community of young scholars dedicated to enhancing their understanding of the causes, prevention, control, and treatment of crime and delinquency.

The following people recently were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

At the recent Scholars Celebration at Stonehill College, a total of 27 students received departmental awards which are given to the top students in each of the College's academic departments.

Led by Head Coach Emily Rinde-Thorsen and Assistant Coaches Emily Hoar and Jen Wheatley, the team is comprised of 23 student-athletes, including seven first-year students, three sophomores, eight juniors, and five seniors.

The Study Abroad program at Colby-Sawyer provides students the opportunity to acquire broad cultural knowledge and practical skills which will enable them to participate fully in a global society and to contribute to the internationalization of the Colby-Sawyer campus through academically demanding international programs.

The Ithaca College Mock Trial Team -- a competition based organization that combines elements of law, public speaking and performance -- earned honorable mention at the 2015 American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) Northeast regional tournament.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall semester of the 2014-2015 academic year.

Select students have been named to the Fall 2014 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

This semester, a total of 144 Stonehill students are studying abroad during the Spring 2015 semester in locations throughout the world. Recently named one of the top study abroad institutions in the nation by the Institute of International Education, Stonehill has more than 200 study abroad programs in 35 countries which students can choose from.

Working with three students from Florida International University, finance major Daniel Doherty '15 recently competed in the Citi Mobile Challenge, which brings together the most talented and creative developers and designers to create cutting-edge applications for Citi's Digital Banking Platforms. Citibank is the largest bank holding company in the U.S.

Led by Head Coach Meghan Medbery and Assistant Coaches Shay Spencer and Liz Williams, the team is comprised of 24 student-athletes including six first-year students, seven sophomores, six juniors and five seniors.

To be named to the Dean's List at Plymouth State, a student must achieve a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.69 during the fall semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. These credit hours must be in courses that earn grade points and the student must have completed all such courses attempted.

At the University of Rhode Island's 128th Commencement on Saturday and Sunday, May 17-18, 2014, about 3,000 undergraduate and 680 graduate students became the University's newest alumni.

Recognizing outstanding student academic achievement, Assumption College has named more than 520 students to the undergraduate Dean's List for the fall 2013 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Assumption students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester.

Assumption College's 97th Commencement ceremony was held on May 17 on the campus's H.L. Rocheleau Field, where 463 Bachelor of Arts degrees; 217 graduate studies degrees (Master of Arts and Master of Business Administration) and certificates; and 35 Continuing and Career Education degrees (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, and associates) were awarded.
